My Areas of Expertise
We are seeking assets in the global enterprise IT services space, addressing the SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure, and AWS platforms. We are seeking both small firms in acquihire scenarios as well as profitable growing firms approaching $100M in revenue. We have operations in the US, India, and the Philippines and are seeking assets globally given our diverse enterprise client portfolio. Our top priorities are SAP and Salesforce service providers, however we also have a strong interest in acquiring growth/capabilities in the data science, analytics, IoT, and AI domains.
